• Bio

  Alexei's status as a full-body cyborg was never consensual or ethical, but he never complained about it. Without the corporation's investment in him, after all, he probably wouldn't be around to. It was just something that happened to him, and evidently defined who he was-- he didn't think about it much. At least not as often as-- it just seemed, sometimes, like all of the wellmeaning concern and questions were being cast down on him. Someone else might've felt patronized by it. He was aware. The feeling rarely snuck up on him unallayed.
  
  After an ultimately unsuccessful career as a space gladiator, his illustrious string of odd jobs has carried him to an antique age (relatively) and a retirement his sponsor corporation hadn't entirely planned for. His reluctant stipend is, if little else, enough to afford him a large kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Not that he's likely to have the opportunity to use it...
